The portal is not labeled as a live current inmate roster, so the timing should be read carefully. It is a public arrest and booking report for people booked into the Weld County Jail, not a conviction record and not a promise that a person is still in custody.

Weld County Jail Booking Process
New prisoners are questioned and observed right away for immediate medical and mental-health needs. A phone call is allowed as soon as possible unless the prisoner is violent. A nurse and counselor meet with new prisoners within a short time. The nurse checks medical needs and prescriptions. The counselor screens for self-harm and mental-health concerns.
Classification follows when a person does not get out within 24 hours. Counselors consider current charges, history, behavior, and other factors so similar-risk prisoners are housed together. Housing units are called pods, and a correctional officer works inside each housing unit 24 hours a day. A housing unit may hold as many as 80 inmates. Inmates have daily lock-down periods but may be out of cells about 10 hours a day.

Weld County Jail Visit Schedule
The Weld County Jail moved from Securus to ViaPath for visitation and mail. As of March 5, 2024, inmates began using tablets for messaging, phone calls, video visits, mail scanning, and related services. Visit setup uses GettingOut and the Weld GTL visit scheduling path. Family and friends must schedule 24 hours in advance. Professionals may schedule same-day visits but should contact the jail before arriving.

Each adult visitor needs a separate registration with a profile picture, government ID picture, and other required information. Valid ID is required for onsite check-in. Only the registered adult and up to two approved minors may attend an onsite visit, and the adult must be a parent or legal guardian of the minors.
Weld County Inmate Mail
Personal mail is scanned and delivered digitally by a third party. Personal mail goes to Weld County Jail - North Jail Complex, CO, Inmate Name, Inmate ID, P.O. Box 247, Phoenix, MD 21131. Legal or attorney mail, money orders, cashier's checks, government checks, notarization paperwork, and documents needing inmate signature go to the jail at 2110 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631. The back of the envelope must be clearly labeled when it contains documents to be notarized or signed, or a money order.
Phone service uses prepaid AdvancePay through ConnectNetwork. Collect calls may bill to eligible landline accounts, but many VOIP, cell, or blocked accounts do not qualify. Personal phone calls are recorded, talk time is limited to 15 minutes per call, and international calls are not allowed. Calls disconnect if forwarding or portable phone behavior is detected.
